The Golden State Warriors are what the Clippers would like to become. The Warriors won the NBA title in June and have followed that up by starting this season 12-0 ahead of their game Thursday night against the Clippers.
The Warriors are doing it by playing the proverbial clutter-free style of basketball, meaning in part that no one cares about anything other than winning. Personal goals and the like are irrelevant.
They also have a swagger to them.
“You’re the champions,” Golden State interim coach Luke Walton said. “You feel like you can win any game.
