After every single Los Angeles Lakers’ win once it became the clear the team was playing for lottery balls rather than a surprise postseason spot, Twitter invariably becomes filled with angry rants about how the team is costing themselves a better shot at their top-three protected pick in the 2017 NBA Draft.
It sounds like Lakers forward Thomas Robinson’s mentions are no different, according to Mark Medina of the Los Angeles Daily News. Medina wrote that Robinson told the media that after the Lakers’ surprise win over the San Antonio Spurs “there were a few fans getting on him on Twitter about Lakers' win hurting their chances in the lottery.
