LaMarcus Aldridge, who joined the San Antonio Spurs after being courted by the Lakers, has sold his four-bedroom house in Newport Coast for $8.35 million.
The two-story home, built in 2008 and updated, is set on a half acre on a cul de sac in the gated Crystal Cove community.
Aldridge bought the house, with most rooms boasting coastline and Pacific Ocean views, for $7 million in August, property records show. He listed it for $8.9 million in October.
At 6,832 square feet, the home includes a full gym with a sauna attached to the master suite.
