Roy Hibbert talks a bit about defensive efficiency with Mike Trudell.
The Los Angeles Lakers officially introduced their newly-acquired center Roy Hibbert, and Lakers sideline reporter Mike Trudell had a chance to go one-on-one with the team's defensive anchor. Hibbert talked a bit about verticality -- with the Lakers' media team doing a good job of mixing in film of Roy protecting the rim -- and a new nutrition plan and focus on proving himself as an elite paint protector:

It'll be interesting to see how the Lakers' defense forms around Hibbert, and just how effective he can be in a new environment.
