IRVINE Drops of sweat ran down from Rick Jameson’s Boston Red Sox cap onto his face as he carefully took a hot dog out of a steamer and placed it on a bun.
Still not familiar with where things are in his cart, Jameson searched around for condiments for a few minutes before he drizzled ketchup and mustard on his all beef hot dog and served it with a smile.
“I’m happier now than I’ve been in a long time,” the 55-year-old former English teacher said under the beaming afternoon sun. “I have fun. I get to joke with people.
