As the Los Angeles Lakers are struggling without LeBron James, it seems inevitable they will be aggressive with the 2018-19 NBA trade deadline nearing.
With the Lakers hampered by injuries, they will be looking to bring in help for the stretch run as they are sitting out of the current Western Conference playoff picture. James appears close to returning from a groin injury, while Lonzo Ball will remain sidelined for the next several weeks with a Grade 3 sprained ankle.
Much of the news around the Lakers has been about Anthony Davis as he has been repeatedly connected to them after asking for a trade.
