Although LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers have played well through 28 games of the 2018-19 NBA season, they are still looking to add another piece.
After adding Tyson Chandler earlier in the season, the Lakers saw noticeable improvements on the defensive end. However, the Lakers still have some minor holes to fill if they want to make a serious push in the playoffs.
The team as of now lacks a spot up three-point shooter who can defend along the perimeter on the other end. While Kentavious Caldwell-Pope has done a decent job of filling that role, consistency on both ends has been an issue for him in the past.
