After a seven-year rebuilding period and one of the most difficult and bizarre seasons in recent memory, the Los Angeles Lakers are officially tops in the Western Conference for the first time the 2009-10 season, the same season they won their last championship.
The Lakers clinched the top seed in the conference with their victory over the Utah Jazz Monday night, behind yet another monster outing by Anthony Davis. Although their upcoming slate of regular season games from here on out technically no longer “matter,” there are still a few small kinks the team should try to iron out, which brings us to today’s episode of the Silver Screen and Roll podcast.
