One nice thing about the NBA is that players and teams can’t really dwell too long on a bad game, as more often than not, another is right around the corner. In this case, Russell Westbrook can put his godawful debut behind him to instead focus on Chris Paul and the Phoenix Suns.
Really, though, it might actually be physically dangerous for the Lakers to be thinking back to their opener because if there’s one thing you want to avoid, it’s a Jae Crowder “accident.”
