LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers have really picked it up as of late, winning seven out of their last 10 games during the 2018-19 NBA season.
As such, they currently sit sixth in the Western Conference standings, an impressive feat given how they started the season so poorly.
While the Lakers look to finally be in a position to break the franchise’s five-year playoff drought, they still have plenty of work to do to keep pace with the rest of their conference. Each team is only separated by a few games and a poor stretch could prove detrimental to their playoff hopes.
