The Los Angeles Lakers won the 2017 NBA Championship game against the Portland Trailblazers behind a 30-point Finals MVP effort from Kyle Kuzma, 23 points from Matt Thomas and 20 points from Vander Blue. Even without Lonzo Ball (who won the 2017 NBA Summer League MVP), the Lakers stepped up big time, all playing the right way and moving the basketball.
After the game head coach Jud Buechler stresses how important it was for his players to buy into their system (which was moving the ball), and how proud of his players he was for doing exactly that.
