NBA Free Agency Rumors: Shabazz Muhammad ‘considering’ signing with Lakers

The Los Angeles Lakers might be adding another player to their already crowded roster as the team inches closer to training camp. Shabazz Muhammad is “considering joining his former agent Rob Pelinka with the Lakers,” according to Eric Pincus of Bleacher Report.

Muhammad averaged 9.9 points on 48.2 percent shooting in 19.4 minutes per game last season. According to Pincus, Muhammad has also “been linked” to the New Orleans Pelicans and the Minnesota Timberwolves, the latter of whom he played the last four years for after being selected with the 14th overall pick in the 2013 NBA Draft.
