The Los Angeles Lakers appear to be done with making big splashes in free agency, and now have to fill out the rest of their roster. One name they might be looking at is forward Drew Gooden, who Marc J. Spears of the Undefeated reports has “received inquires” from the Lakers, as well as the New York Knicks, Toronto Raptors, and Los Angeles Clippers.
The 14-year veteran out of the University of Kansas spent the last three seasons with the Washington Wizards, where he played a bit role off of the bench for the team. Gooden only appeared in 30 games for the Wizards in the 2015-16 campaign, averaging 10.
