Hampered by a sore right knee, Larry Nance Jr. will be sidelined until after the All-Star Break.
Nance's knee has caused him to miss four of the Lakers' last seven games. They have five more until the break, and won't play again after that until a Feb. 19 meeting with San Antonio.
“It might take 15 or 16 days, or it might take three weeks — I don’t know,” head coach Byron Scott said at Monday's practice. “But whatever it takes, we’re gonna wait till he’s back healthy.”
Nance — who tore his right ACL in February 2014 at the University of Wyoming — had been enjoying a strong rookie season until his knee began to bother him.
