The 5-4 Los Angeles Lakers looked to keep their winning ways going against the 1-8 New Orleans Pelicans. Despite their poor record, the Pelicans pose an interesting challenge for Los Angeles thanks to the presence of Anthony Davis, who has been all but unstoppable this season.
Additionally, while the Pelicans will be without point guard Jrue Holiday until next week, backup Tim Frazier has done an admirable job and should keep the Lakers’ defense on their toes.
The Lakers are coming off an impressive come-from-behind win over the Sacramento Kings on Thursday, and they will be hoping to pick up another big win against the Pelicans.
