The Los Angeles Lakers are looking to continue their success on the road during this road trip. They will be looking to continue rolling with a visit to the Boston Celtics.
Things got off on the right foot, as the Lakers defeated the Houston Rockets in the first game of the trip, 124-115. What made the victory so important wasn’t just that it came against a strong team in the Rockets on the road, it came without Anthony Davis.
Davis missed his fifth consecutive game as he deals with a gluteus maximus bruise suffered from a fall during the game against the New York Knicks on January 7th.
