Los Angeles Lakers point guard Lonzo Ball faces a lot of expectations on the court. As the No. 2 overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft, Ball has high expectations to help turn the Lakers around. During his rookie season, he showed some of those flashes.
Ball averaged 10.2 points, 7.2 assists, 6.9 rebounds and 1.7 steals per game. While his shooting numbers weren’t pretty, Ball was a difference maker on the court. His defense was also better than expected, an added bonus to go along with his playmaking abilities.
While we have seen Lonzo on the court, he is also succeeding off the court.
