The Los Angeles Lakers accomplished their goal of landing a superstar this summer when they signed LeBron James. James committed to the Lakers long-term, agreeing to a four-year deal with the organization.
Despite being 34-years old, James is still staking a legitimate claim as the best player in the NBA. He has not disappointed in his first season in Los Angeles, averaging 28.1 points, 8.0 rebounds, 6.7 assists, 1.4 steals and 0.9 blocks per game. Those are incredible numbers for any player, let alone someone playing in their 16th season in the league.
To remain at the top of his game for this long takes many factors.
