Over the past few years, the Golden State Warriors have set the bar in the Western Conference. As the Los Angeles Lakers try to get to that level, they took a big step toward achieving that by signing LeBron James this offseason.
James instantly gives the Lakers the superstar that they needed and brings them a step closer to the Warriors. With the Cavaliers, James was no stranger to seeing the Warriors. For the last four years, James has faced the Warriors in the NBA Finals. Unfortunately for James, the Warriors won three of those four matchups, including two in a row.
