Lakers Nation, the roster for your 2019-20 Los Angeles Lakers is (mostly) set! We know we’ll have one of the best frontcourts in the league with LeBron James, Anthony Davis, Kyle Kuzma, JaVale McGee and even DeMarcus Cousins. But what about the backcourt?
At first, the signings were solid, but a little underwhelming. Danny Green was a strong and much-needed one, followed by Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Rajon Rondo and Quinn Cook. Decent, but not exactly groundbreaking.
Then came the acquisition of Avery Bradley, who should greatly augment a backcourt that desperately needed someone who could handle the ball in space, create his own shot and hit his own shot.
