Lonzo Ball got to live out a childhood dream this season by playing alongside LeBron James, who was Ball’s favorite player growing up, on his hometown Los Angeles Lakers.
Ball was five years old when the Cleveland Cavaliers selected James with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2003 NBA Draft and last summer, Ball found out he was going to have the opportunity to play with the four-time league MVP.
During an appearance on “The House of Highlights Show” on Tuesday, Ball said he had an idea that James was coming, but was just as surprised as everyone else when the news dropped:
“I had a good feeling.
