Paul George showed no mercy for his future team as he poured on 24 points in the Oklahoma City Thunder’s 133-96 win over the Los Angeles Lakers.
The Lakers were hot coming out of the gate, moving the ball, playing team defense and hitting shots they haven’t made in recent games. However, after taking an early 10-0 lead and ending the quarter tied at 26, the Lakers let their foot off the gas and gave up 37 points in the second quarter. It would only get worse from there.
Leading way for the Thunder was none other than George, shooting a blistering 64.
