After beating the best team in the Eastern Conference on Tuesday, the Los Angeles Lakers tried their luck against the No. 2 seed Toronto Raptors, but couldn’t get it done as they fell 123-111, ending their winning streak at four games.
Not only were the Lakers struggling to hit shots (8-of-26 from behind the arc), but they were playing sloppy defense as well, particularly in the third quarter where they gave the Raptors four and-1 opportunities in three minutes.
DeMar DeRozan was the beneficiary of many of the calls against the Lakers in the third quarter, and as a career 82.
