During 2019 NBA free agency, the Los Angeles Lakers patiently waited for Kawhi Leonard‘s decision as other free agents re-signed with their teams or signed elsewhere.
As Leonard’s decision took nearly a week, there were concerns the Lakers would be unable to fill out their roster around LeBron James, Anthony Davis, and Kyle Kuzma.
