The Los Angeles Lakers are at least going to try and be active at the 2016 NBA Trade Deadline, looking to be sellers to try and put themselves in a better position for the future in a number of ways. They’ll be looking to free up cap space for the 2016 offseason, potentially acquire future assets, or even make a splash in a big way if the right deal is there.
The Lakers haven’t made it much of a secret who they are willing to give up in any potential trades prior to the deadline. For a while now Lou Williams, Nick Young, and Roy Hibbert have been rumored to be on the trade block for the Lakers.
