The Los Angeles Lakers are still the kings of the road. Despite a rough night from the field, they were able to close out their four-game road trip with a 94-92 win over the Memphis Grizzlies on Tuesday and remain undefeated away from the Staples Center.
As a team, the Lakers didn’t hit their shots, shooting 43.7% from the field and a 29% from behind the arc. The bench had a particularly hard time putting the ball in the basket, and the Grizzlies’ reserves took advantage of their struggles, outscoring them 36-22. No one on the Lakers’ bench finished with a positive plus-minus.
