After four years with the Los Angeles Lakers, it appears Nick Young has played his last game for the storied franchise. Young has said he is hoping to land with a playoff contender and it seems as though he’s got no shortage of options.
According to Mark Medina of the L.A. Daily News, Young is receiving interest from the vastly upgraded Minnesota Timberwolves:
The Timberwolves have been very aggressive this summer in their attempt to upgrade their roster. Minnesota acquired superstar Jimmy Butler in a trade with the Chicago Bulls on draft day and followed that up by signing Jeff Teague and Taj Gibson in free agency.
