After the injury to DeMarcus Cousins, there has been no shortage of Lakers rumors about who the team will be trying to get in order to replace him.
Earlier in the week, it was reported that the Lakers would be working out a few of the options to fill the void at center. One of the names mentioned in that report was Marreese Speights.
Speights is a good tough veteran that can provide the Lakers with a viable option as a backup center. According to Alex Kennedy, Speights will be getting a workout with the Lakers on Friday.
