The Los Angeles Lakers have done a great job of rebuilding through the draft the last few seasons. Not only have drafted well at the top of the draft by picking Julius Randle, D’Angelo Russell and Brandon Ingram in the lottery the last three years, but they have also drafted well later in the draft, picking Jordan Clarkson and Ivica Zubac in the second round and Larry Nance Jr. at the end of the first round.
Clarkson in particular has been a surprise, as the Lakers made a trade with the Washington Wizards for the 46th pick and drafted the combo guard out of Missouri.
