With the Los Angeles Lakers having at least one, most likely two, roster spots open for the 2016-17 NBA season, there has been plenty of speculation about what the team could potentially do to fill those spots. If they were to look to the D-League and the Los Angeles D-Fenders, though, the name that comes up often is guard Jabari Brown.
After playing 19 games for the Lakers at the end of the 2014-15 season and then being the final cut from the Lakers at the end of the preseason in 2015, Brown played incredibly well for the D-Fenders last year.
