EL SEGUNDO, Calif. -- Los Angeles Lakers point guard Lonzo Ball has been upgraded to probable and will return from a shoulder injury against Charlotte on Friday night.
Barring an unforeseen setback before the game, Ball will play in his first game after missing six straight games since getting tangled up with Portland's Jusuf Nurkic on Dec. 23.
Lakers coach Luke Walton said the point guard's shoulder won't be 100 percent, but that Ball is feeling and looking good after going through his first physical practice on Thursday since suffering the injury.
