The world was supposed to stop on May 2nd. The highly anticipated fight between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao was tabbed as the fight of the century, but it did not live up to all the hype.
After waiting years to see these two fighters take the ring, most people who spent $100 to order the fight were extremely disappointed. Mayweather showed why he is the best boxer of this era, but like the San Antonio Spurs, it’s not very entertaining to watch.
The Los Angeles Lakers don’t have to worry about the NBA playoffs this year, so they were available to attend the event in Las Vegas or watch from the comfort of their own home.
