Los Angeles Lakers rookie point guard Lonzo Ball has made his interest in being a rapper clear in various Twitter videos and SoundCloud releases since before he even made it to the NBA, and on Friday he announced his first mixtape, “Born 2 Ball,” would release Feb. 15.
Ball posted a photo of himself as a baby and a much younger picture of his father LaVar Ball as an album cover on Instagram, along with a photo of what is presumably the tracklist for Lonzo’s debut mixtape.
It will include previously released tracks like “ZO2,” “Super Saiyan,” “Get Off,” and “BBB” as well as new contributions with titles like “Grind Mode,” “Puttin In Work,” and “Bring It Home.
