Jordan Clarkson rode the bench for most the first part of the season behind Ronnie Price. That didn’t stop him from earning national respect in the Rookie of the Year conversation.
Howard Beck of Bleacher Report tweeted out the official results of the Rookie of the Year voting and Clarkson earned two third-place votes, which put him in seventh place in the race:

Neither vote came from local media, as typically happens due to a major flaw in the voting system.
