Lakers free agency rumors: Clippers interested in Wesley Johnson, according to report

Could the Syracuse swingman be this summer's Laker to head across the hall at Staples Center?

The Clippers are interested in signing Wesley Johnson to improve their depth on the wing this summer, according to Ramona Shelburne of ESPN.com. The Clippers had issues with their small forward production this season, and as of now only have Matt Barnes locked in at that position on a non-guaranteed deal worth $3,542,500.

Johnson averaged 9.9 points and 4.2 rebounds per game for the Lakers in 2014-15, but often left observers disappointed.
