Lakers fall flat against Magic, lose 127-105

The Magic made nine of 13 threes in the third, including a last-second heave as the quarter expired. Never before in franchise history had the Magic made nine threes in a single quarter. By the end of it, the Lakers trailed by 20 points, and it got worse.

They allowed five three-pointers to Evan Fournier, three to Marreese Speights (who led all scorers with 21 points) and three more to Mario Hezonja.

The Lakers were led by Julius Randle and Jordan Clarkson, who each scored 20 points. The Lakers played without Lonzo Ball, who missed his eighth game because of a sprained left medial collateral ligament.
