Brandon Ingram worked out for the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday, but hopefully he didn't burn too many calories. The 19-year old is working on bulking up, and his plan to add "10-15 pounds" is pretty simple.
"Just eat everything I can," Ingram told Eric Pincus of Basketball Insiders of his diet, which makes sense for a player who is 6'9 but weighs in at a spritely 196 pounds, according to Draft Express. His plan may have led to an expensive dinner for the Lakers to pick up the tab on last night, but the dinner went "great," according to Ingram, so the team must have been on board with his diet.
