Kansas big man Cliff Alexander was part of the Los Angeles Lakers' workout group Tuesday morning, but the 19 year old suffered a right knee injury while participating, reports Eric Pincus of the Los Angeles Times. The extent of the injury is unclear, but any type of setback is tough for an incoming rookie.
The rest of the Lakers' workout group included Alan Williams, Alex Harris, Norman Powell, Mitch McCarron and Byron Wesley. This is another set of players that could be options with the 34th pick, taking part in the extensive scouting process Mitch Kupchak is leading.
