EL SEGUNDO, Calif. -- Los Angeles Lakers coach Byron Scott said it was one of the first things he noticed on film from Friday’s 132-114 loss to the Sacramento Kings.
His players look fatigued.
So in a team meeting Saturday morning, Scott asked Lakers forward Brandon Bass how he was feeling.
“Because I know how hard he plays and on tape, I saw him kind of laboring,” Scott said after practice at the team’s facility here. “My whole thought process with that is, if he was tired, I know there was a lot of other guys tired as well.
