On Monday evening, Shams Charania and The Vertical reported that the Los Angeles Lakers would be signing Brandon Ingram‘s rookie deal the following day and that is exactly what happened early Tuesday morning.
Rocking a clean white Adidas tee, the Lakers were quick to publicize the news, posting a picture of Ingram signing his rookie contract on their official site, as well as all over social media.
“Per team policy, terms of the deal were not released,” but assuming it falls in line with the other rookie scale contracts, it is likely in the $5-6 million range per season.
