After falling by 29 to Atlanta on Friday, Lakers head coach Byron Scott gave his team some strong feedback while preparing for Sunday's meeting with the defending-champion Golden State Warriors.
“I really questioned if they wanted to really win,” head coach Byron Scott said at Monday's practice. “Because the film session didn’t show me that. I think just questioning their integrity about how they go about their business was probably enough.”
But the Lakers showed Scott a lot in their matchup against Golden State, not only defeating the then 55-5 Warriors, but dismantling them 112-95.
“We kind of just played at a high level yesterday,” said Jordan Clarkson, who led all players with 25 points.
