The 2014-15 season was difficult to endure for all Lakers fans. The team lost 61 games, officially making it the worst season in franchise history. However, after landing the number two overall pick, optimism is in the air.
The Lakers won’t be title contenders next season, but they should be much better last year. It’s highly likely this could be Bryant’s last year in the NBA, so at least he can go out with a respectable team.
If you want a chance to see Bryant well before the season starts, Jamele Hill of ESPN will interview the Black Mamba for the BET Genius Talks series being held at LA Live on June 27th.
