Lakers point guard D'Angelo Russell will miss tonight's game against the San Antonio Spurs because of a sore left knee. Russell's knee was wrapped with ice after Thursday's practice at Toyota Sports Center.
Russell's knee has been sore for a few days but the pain hadn't been a problem until tonight.
Lakers Coach Luke Walton said he didn't know who would be starting in Russell's place. Walton has been wont to break up his second unit, which includes guards Jordan Clarkson and Lou Williams in addition to Brandon Ingram, Tarik Black and Larry Nance Jr.
