One day after working out UCLA guard Lonzo Ball, the Los Angeles Lakers flew to Sacramento to get a look at another one of their options for the No. 2 pick in the 2017 NBA Draft, Josh Jackson of Kansas.
According to DraftExpress, Jackson is the third-best prospect in he draft following a freshman season that saw him average 16.3 points, 7.4 rebounds and three assists for the Jayhawks, who eventually lost to Oregon in the Elite Eight round of the NCAA tournament
The Lakers workout with Jackson wasn’t open to the public, so not many details are known about it.
