Last week Los Angeles Lakers head coach Byron Scott told the media that shooting guard Kobe Bryant wanted to play in all 82 of the Lakers' games this season. Bryant then sat the Lakers next game two days later for what was originally billed as "rest reasons" before Bryant revealed he was experiencing back pain after the game. Bryant then missed the team's next game on the second night of the Lakers' first back-to-back of the season before returning to action against the Dallas Mavericks on Friday.
