Across the entire NBA, no player shows up to work more consistently than Corey Brewer.
Brewer, who played in his 273rd consecutive game on Wednesday, became the league’s new iron man, as Cleveland’s Tristan Thompson was forced to sit out due to a sprained thumb.
Thompson’s 447-game streak began on Feb. 10, 2012, back when Lakers head coach Luke Walton was still a teammate of his on the Cavaliers.
Now, Brewer holds the title of iron man, having missed zero games since Feb. 7, 2014.
Right behind him is Denver’s Mason Plumlee, who has made 270 uninterrupted appearances.
