The Los Angeles Lakers selected Lonzo Ball with the No. 2 pick in the 2017 NBA Draft, and after the selection, the guard announced he’ll wear a similar number with the team.
During his post-draft interview on the Lakers’ periscope channel, the No. 2 pick confirmed he will continue to wear the No. 2 he wore with UCLA with the Lakers.
This isn’t incredibly shocking information, but it is relevant from the perspective of fans ready to get a jump on buying a jersey, and it’s also relevant because it’s the number Derek Fisher wore during his NBA career.
