Kyle Kuzma hasn’t even been fully integrated into Frank Vogel and LeBron James’ offense. Vogel told the media recently that Kyle Kuzma is officially off of his minutes restriction following his stress reaction in his foot. Kyle Kuzma is expected to be a key piece off the bench and could find himself in the 6th Man of the Year conversation by the end of the 2019-20 season if the Los Angeles Lakers can continue at the pace they are currently going.

Dwight Howard has been a pleasant surprise for the Los Angeles Lakers and their fans so far this season, as he has shown shades of the dominant center he once was. Howard was once a slam dunk contest champion, and he may be considering a return to the contest this year. He said he feels young again and could see himself doing it, but Howard is now more focused on chasing a Championship for the Los Angeles Lakers than competing in the dunk contest.

Rajon Rondo has not played a minute for the Los Angeles Lakers this season, as he has been dealing with a sore calf. He also seems to still be recovering from the fracture he suffered in his right hand last season. Rondo was expected to make a return against the Toronto Raptors on Sunday night, but the veteran point guard was a last-second scratch from the active list. Rondo could see a return to the court as early as Tuesday when the Lakers take on the Phoenix Suns in a Western Conference showdown.
