It seems as if Lakers fans do not have to wait much longer for the return of Pau Gasol.
Gasol reportedly went through a full workout on Tuesday and is very close to making a full recovery from his torn plantar fascia which has kept him out for the past 16 games.
"He’s starting to run now and he feels pretty good," Lakers head coach Mike D'Antoni which is a great sign for those die hard Pau Gasol fans.

On the other-hand, the Lakers are on a four game winning streak without Pau and seem to be making a complete season turnaround. So that being said, should the Lakers thrown Pau into the mix once he is 100% healthy?
With Pau the Lakes have been a very subpar team and without him they have been just above subpar so it is really hard to say whether or not he is truly having any impact at all on the team. But the most important thing to look at is that the Lakers are on their longest winning streak of the season. If I am Mike Di'Antoni I would not want to change a thing (like adding Pau) while things are finally heading in the right direction.
So until Pau is 100% healthy and ready to go all we can do is speculate as to what impact Pau will have.
