Los Angeles Lakers sixth man Nick Young has missed the team's last nine games with a swollen left knee. His condition has shown very little improvement as of late, so he'll be forced to undergo a CT scan on Monday to figure out the reason for the lack of progress.
The procedure will force him to miss his 10th-straight game when the team visits the Warriors on Monday. According to Mark Medina of the Los Angeles Daily News, "Young had originally planned to travel with the Lakers to receive treatment. But Young will stay in Los Angeles because of his latest appointment."
When healthy enough to be on the court, Young has averaged 13.4 points at a career-low 36.6 shooting percent clip. His shooting woes have only increased as the season as gone on, with Swaggy P hitting on just over 32 percent of his shots in the months of January and February.
